Our projects are places where everyone is included, making a contribution and reaching their full potential. We strive to delivering first class archeology, innovative education and training.

Ethos Heritage CIC seek to build and encourage community integration and cohesion in the area we work; creating safe and inspiring local archeological projects that provide integrated and diverse activates to benefit individuals and whole communities.

Exceptional Archaeology at the Heart of Our Communities

We understand the complex responsibilities of running community archeological projects through a lens of inclusion, competence and community. These principles, along with our ethos are intentionally developed and embedded throughout all of our projects.

We strive to create space spaces for all regardless of their background, gender, ethnic background, sexual orientation or any other social difference

We have a commitment to inclusion, social integration and closing the disadvantage gap; we want to give advantage to the disadvantaged. Through a fostering of inclusion and equal relationships, our staff and participants working with local groups we can run projects that are built on a shared determination to learn and develop together as one community exploring our shared heritage

Together, Ethos Heritage CIC aspire to:
